Conditions of Participation
The giveaway is organized by Skiline & SkiTuning as part of the Skiline Adventure Series.
Eligibility Participation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old and participate in this giveaway in accordance with these terms and conditions. Participants must have sufficient skiing experience to participate, as the training is not aimed at beginners. Participants who are not already registered for the Skiline Adventure Series will be excluded from the giveaway.
Prize The prize is a ski training session with Jürgen Graller. The prize includes the ski training on March 15, 2025, in Wagrain. Ski tickets will be provided by the organizer. The winner must be in Wagrain on March 15, 2025, to participate in the ski training.
Participation Participation in the giveaway occurs by registering via this page. Only one entry per person is allowed. A prerequisite for participation in the giveaway is prior registration for the Skiline Adventure Series. Participants who are not registered for the Skiline Adventure Series will be excluded from the giveaway.
Giveaway Duration The giveaway ends on March 4, 2025. The winners will be selected randomly and will be contacted no later than March 7, 2025.
Liability Liability for the prize and participation in the ski training lies with the participant. The organizer assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the ski training or on the way there.
Data Protection The data provided in the course of the giveaway will be passed on to the organizer and may be used for marketing purposes. It will also be used to contact the winner in case of a win. The data will not be shared with third parties unless required for the execution of the giveaway.
Modification and Termination of the Giveaway The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the proper execution of the giveaway.
