Terms and Conditions for Skiline Giveways

The giveaway organiser is Alturos Destinations GmbH. The raffle is not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is in no way sponsored or organised by Facebook or Instagram. The legal process is excluded.

The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook or Instagram, but Alturos Destinations GmbH.

Participation in the raffle is only possible under the terms and conditions listed here. By participating in the raffle, the participant explicitly acknowledges these conditions of participation.

Alturos Destinations GmbH reserves the right to cancel, end or make changes to the raffle at any time.

Participation

The participation in the raffle takes place through the active participation in the raffle (as indicated in the raffle description). Raffle participation includes the consent to use your name / username on the “skiline.cc” Facebook / Instagram page in the event of a win.

Only users from Europe who are at least 14 years old are eligible to participate.

Entries to the raffle may not contain any insults, false facts, raffle, trademark or copyright infringements.

Prize Giveaway / Notification of the winner

Participants in the raffle will be those who fulfill the raffle conditions described in these terms and conditions.

The winners will be determined randomly and informed via comment, personal message or e-mail.

The winners will be announced on the “skiline.cc” Facebook / Instagram page or mentioned in the Facebook / Instagram comments. If a winner does not respond within seven days of the notification and does not provide the full address, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be determined.

Data protection

Insofar as personal data are collected, processed and used by participants in the raffle, Alturos Destinations GmbH collects, processes and uses them solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle.

Miscellaneous

The participant releases Facebook/Instagram from any liability. The legal process is excluded. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. These conditions of participation can be changed at any time by Alturos Destinations GmbH without separate notification.
