FAQs: Quick Answers to Your Questions
The Skiline Web version allows you to access your Skiline data. However, for the best user experience and to fully enjoy all features, we recommend using the Skiline App.
You have two ways to log in:
Via a one-time link sent by email: Simply enter your email address or username, and you will receive a code by email.
Via email address/username and password
If you want to log in using your Facebook or Google account, please use the Skiline App. If the registered email address or username is known, you can also log in using the one-time login.
Why do I always receive an e-mail with a code, even if I want to log in with my password? The e-mail is generated automatically and can be ignored if you have already successfully logged in with your password.
The web version only shows a limited number of photos and videos. Please switch to the Skiline App to view all media. If you want to view ski days from previous seasons, just navigate back to the respective season. All your ski days are available in both the app and the web version.
The popular Top100 rankings are available in the Skiline App.
To follow your friends' ski adventures, use the Friends Feed in the app. You can add friends and view their activities in real-time.
All statistics are available in the Skiline App. The web version only shows an overview of the respective season and individual ski days.
Click on a lift ride in the vertical meters chart to open the detailed view of the descent. If you have taken a photo or video during this period, it will be displayed as well.
The detailed view is not possible for transfers or very short connecting trips between 2 lifts.
Profile changes can only be made through the Skiline App.
The classic web version will soon not be supported any more. However, we still allow you to use it for now and provide feedback. Let us know why you prefer not to use the app or the new web version. To access the survey and the classic Skiline portal: [Click here]
